Pure Pharmacy is Hiring a Quality Technician Near Carmel, IN

Pure Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy focused on health, wellness, and innovative therapies. We are seeking a proactive Quality Technician to work with our Quality team in our Carmel, Indiana facility.

General Responsibilities:

· Document all quality activities appropriately

· Track the completion and storage of all records supporting the monitoring of the labs (temperature logs, calibrations logs, third party testing, maintenance logs etc.)

· Review records, logs and forms to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations

· Maintain Quality files as applicable: scan, save to appropriate online storage, file

· Perform quality data collection and analysis

· Review or revise procedures and policies

· Participate in the investigations of customer complaints, deviations / out of specifications ensuring root causes and corrective actions are appropriately identified to reduce / prevent recurrence, within required timeframes and documented appropriate

· Aid with creation of corrective and preventive action plans as directed

· Track the renewal of State Licenses to ensure that they are renewed on time

· Promote company values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, actively seeking out and participating in Continuous Improvement practices, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives

· Comply with safety procedures
